Fair Use Policy – ARY Technologies
At ARY Technologies, we aim to provide affordable, reliable, and professional digital solutions to businesses of all sizes. To ensure fairness across all clients and to maintain the quality of our services, all packages and offerings are subject to this Fair Use Policy. By purchasing or using our services, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Scope of Services
Each package (Basic, Premium, Enterprise) comes with clearly defined features and inclusions. While we strive to be flexible and accommodating, requests outside the scope of the chosen package will be considered additional work and may incur extra charges.
2. Unlimited Features
Where the term “unlimited” is mentioned (for example, in revisions or content updates), it is governed by reasonable use:
Unlimited does not mean infinite. It covers standard business needs as typically expected from the selected package.
Excessive or repetitive requests, abusive usage, or demands that extend far beyond the intended purpose of the service will be subject to review and may require additional fees.
3. Hosting & Infrastructure
Free Hosting: Included for the first year across all packages. Renewal costs apply after the first year.
Third-Party Services: Any premium themes, plugins, or third-party integrations required by the client will be billed at cost.
Service Uptime: Hosting services are provided via reliable third-party partners. While we aim for maximum uptime, ARY is not responsible for outages caused by these providers.
4. Revisions & Customization
Basic Package: Limited to essential revisions to achieve functionality and presentation.
Premium & Enterprise Packages: Allow for broader customization within reasonable limits.
Major redesigns, structural overhauls, or repeated full-scale changes outside agreed specifications will be treated as new projects.
5. Delivery Timelines
Timelines are estimated based on the scope of each package and assume timely cooperation from the client.
Clients must provide content, approvals, and assets promptly. Delays from the client’s side may extend delivery deadlines.
ARY will not be held liable for missed deadlines resulting from incomplete client inputs.
6. Support & Maintenance
Basic Package: Limited to post-launch support for ensuring smooth deployment.
Premium Package: Includes basic maintenance and bug fixes.
Enterprise Package: Includes priority support, ongoing updates, and enhanced security monitoring under fair use.
Additional support requests outside these boundaries may be quoted separately.
7. AI & Automation Features (Enterprise Package)
Enterprise clients may receive additional features such as agentic AI support tools. These tools are subject to fair use, meaning:
They are provided to enhance client business operations but are not guaranteed to cover unlimited queries or usage.
Excessive or abusive use of AI resources may require upgrading to a dedicated service plan.
8. Payment & Refunds
Payment terms are defined at the time of agreement.
Refunds, cancellations, or disputes are subject to ARY’s general Terms & Conditions.
Once a project has commenced and resources have been allocated, refunds may not be possible except in cases where ARY fails to deliver the agreed scope.
9. General Conditions
ARY reserves the right to revise this policy at any time in order to protect fairness and maintain service quality.
Misuse of services, violation of this policy, or abusive conduct toward staff may result in suspension or termination of services.
This Fair Use Policy works in conjunction with our broader Terms & Conditions.
